Lamp-Lite presented the show in the early '70s and brings back the favorite "feel good" classic with Steve Josephsen as Grandpa and Carrie Swann as Penny. |
| The all-star cast of Lamp-Lite comedians also includes Victoria Perry, Cindy Hughes, Bill Small, Scott Parrish, Matt Perry, Kent Johnson, Samantha Whitbeck, Joe Ballenger, Andy Wilson, Chris Englert, Kim Cross, Garland Buffalo, Katherine Whitbeck, and Pat Harris. They bring to life a household of lovable, free-spirited characters who survive the Depression by writing plays, making fireworks, playing the xylophone, and operating an amateur printing press. The one normal member of the clan (Alice) falls in love with the boss' son and two worlds collide with delicious comic results. |
